Brad Hancock, MPT, of Activcare Physical Therapy, announced two physical therapists have been added to the team. Charlene Zimmerman, PT, DPT will be treating patients at Activcare’s Raleigh Specialty Clinic at 3100 Blue Ridge Road, Suite 204, Raleigh, NC. Jean Myers, PT, DPT has been hired as physical therapist for the Fayetteville clinic located at 2301 Robeson Street, Suite 204, Fayetteville, NC.

Originally from the St. Louis, MO area, Charlene Zimmerman has over five years of experience working in a variety of settings including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing and outpatient orthopedics. She specializes in movement impairment syndromes and has also been trained in vestibular disorders, cervical pain, back pain, internal pelvic strengthening and orthopedic and sports medicine.

Jean Myers has over 16 years of experience in the physical therapy field. She has worked primarily in outpatient orthopedic clinics, but also has experience in nursing homes, assisted living, inpatient hospital, wound care and inpatient rehabilitation settings. She is a certified Athletic Trainer, credentialed McKenzie therapist and an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Her primary area of interest is the treatment of back and neck pain.
