Mason G. Alexander is the managing partner of the Charlotte office of Fisher Phillips. He graduated from the University of the South at Sewanee, Tennessee and the University of South Carolina School of Law. Alexander has practiced labor and employment law exclusively for nearly 30 years, including the areas of union campaigns, sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, union avoidance and policy reviews. He is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of North Carolina and South Carolina and is certified as a specialist in employment and labor law by the Supreme Court of South Carolina. In addition he is "AV" Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been repeatedly recognized in North Carolina Super Lawyers.
