Griffin Home Health Care, Inc (Griffin) has hired Kim Hofner and David Culbreth as intake and insurance verification representatives, and Heather King as a customer service representative. Chris Haas was promoted to manager, service and distribution. Kurt Hill is also beginning to learn the ropes of Customer Service in Griffin’s Charlotte retail location.

Prior to joining Griffin Home Health Care, Culbreth spent his career in sales and recently worked with Carolina Health Care as a pharmacy technician. He attended Kings Business College and Central Piedmont Community College.

Hofner brings a decade of health and wellness experience to her new role. She graduated from the State University of New York at Suffolk with an associate’s degree in liberal arts and sciences. She also earned a certificate in the holistic health practitioner program from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is certified by The International Association for Colon Therapy.

Previously, King was a medical assistant at First Care Medical Clinic. She also attended the Southeastern Institute. She is based in at Griffin’s Gastonia location.

Haas has been with Griffin since 2013 serving as a client services technician. He brings more than six years of durable medical equipment experience and 15 years business management to his new role.

Hill joined Griffin Home Health Care in 2011 as a service delivery technician where he got to know Griffin’s customers and the products through medical equipment deliveries. He brings 10 years of customer service experience, including painting and construction.
