Parnell is certified to fit and provide diabetic shoes as well as custom compression garments. She previously worked for UNC Charlotte Learning Resource Center as well as Team Enterprise. A graduate of UNC Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts in Health Communications, Parnell was a member of the Health Communications Club at UNCC and Delta Zeta Sorority where she served as vice president. She also volunteers at Antioch Baptist.

Dellarusso joins the Griffin Home Health Care’s Gastonia location. He is a graduate of from Douglas Byrd High School in Fayetteville, N.C. Before joining Griffin Home Health Care, he served as an account manager with several companies, including Cirrus Medical Staffing and CLR Marketing.
