Horack Talley Continues to Expand with Established Litigation, Corporate and Real Estate Lawyers

John "Jack" H. Capitano, G. Edward "Eddie" Hinshaw, Jr. and W. Chris Parnell have joined Charlotte law firm Horack Talley.

Jack Capitano concentrates his practice on real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant, construction and collection disputes, as well as general commercial litigation.

With vast experience in advising clients in both publicly traded and closely held businesses, Eddie Hinshaw’s established corporate and tax law practice ranges from the formation of business entities, to sales and purchases, to complex mergers and acquisitions.

Chris Parnell focuses on real property transactions, including foreclosure proceedings, REO transactions, commercial and residential real estate closings, title dispute resolution, real estate acquisition and development. He also represents commercial and residential lenders in business transactions, including creating, representing and advising corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
