Cathy Patton has over 20 years of public accounting experiences. She joined HPG in 2004 and currently leads the Firm’s Revenue Recognition Team. Cathy has worked with clients ranging from startup companies financed by private venture capital to public companies. She is a key member of the HPG Technology practice primarily serving software and software-as-a-service (SaaS) clients. Cathy’s consulting experience is focused on revenue recognition, working with many startup technology companies on their initial GAAP implementation for financial reporting to investors and lenders or to prepare for due diligence.
