RALEIGH, NC – April 28, 2015 – The Institute of Real Estate Management Greater Raleigh-Durham Chapter 105 (IREM) will be holding a luncheon at 12:00PM on Wednesday, May 20th at Woman’s Club of Raleigh located at 3300 Woman’s Club Drive, Raleigh, NC 27612. This event will feature Andrew Bateman with TriSure. His presentation will focus on transfer of risk and the proper use of an insured to value report. Mr. Bateman regularly does speaking engagements across the State of North Carolina. He is an active member of the Community Association Institute and has a focus on condominiums and commercial buildings.
