IREM®, the Institute of Real Estate Management, will hold its next meeting on Wednesday, July 16, 2014. The organization serves as a peer-to-peer networking opportunity for real estate management and service professionals in the Triangle area to discuss topics of interest. Brian Reece, managing partner with Karnes Research, will lead a discussion titled, “Triangle Market Snapshot: Office, Retail, Industrial and Apartments.”

“We are very excited to have Brian come and speak to our group about such an important issue,” says Crystal Hall, IREM® chapter 105 president. “With the Triangle constantly evolving, it’s a necessity for real estate management and service professionals to be aware of the current market in the area.”

The event will begin at 12 p.m. at the Raleigh Board of Realtors on Realtor’s Way in Cary. Prepaid CPM ®, ARM ®, CPM ® Candidate, and friends of IREM ® members are welcome to attend the event free of charge.
