Regional leading home-builder, John Wieland Homes, is hosting a day of summer fun in the sun on July 16. Guests are invited to enjoy free food, live music and tours of the beautiful homes of Holding Village.

Summer is in full swing, and the community of Holding Village and John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods are teaming up to host a day of fun in the sun, inviting the local community out to enjoy the beautiful North Carolina summer climate and time with friends and family. On July 16, Holding Village will have a day of summer fun from noon until 2 p.m., and all members of the Wake Forest and surrounding communities are invited to attend.

The event brings together live music through Mix 101.5, happy people and tours of the John Wieland Homes model homes available in Holding Village. Visitors can enjoy fresh grilled hotdogs while visiting the welcoming community. A walk along the lakefront, playtime in one of the natural play areas and the chance to see the beautiful architecture of this carefully planned community are additional activities event attendees can enjoy.

That's why we are having the day of summer fun, giving people the chance to tour our community while enjoying good old-fashioned fun," said a spokesperson for Holding Village.

Attendees are invited to tour model homes during their visit, and can also schedule a tour of a specific model or home if they wish. Children are welcome to attend the summer fun day with their parents. There is no cost for the event.
