The Museum of Natural Sciences in downtown Raleigh will be the setting for the annual Easter Seals UCP Juice & Jazz event on Friday evening, February 25. The evening of live jazz by Cary's MPS Trio, unique wines and delicious hors d'oeuvres will be complimented by a silent auction and raffle drawings to be held throughout the evening.

Juice&Jazz attendees will be in for a very special treat when they sample the night's hors d'oeuvres, which will be catered by Empire Eats Restaurant Group's newest (but as yet unopened) restaurant Fai Tai and its renowned Chef, William D'Auvray. Those familiar with the Triangle restaurant scene will remember Chef D'Auvray from his tenure with two very popular and critically acclaimed Raleigh restaurants – bu.ku and Fins.

Sponsors for the 2011 Juice & Jazz event are Analytic Vision; Cary Magazine; Copiers Plus; Courtyard by Marriott Crabtree; Fairfield Inn & Suites Crabtree; Hilton Garden Inn; Live Work Play; Mims Distributing Company; Progressive Be3nefir Solutions; Resolvit; Total Wine; and Verizon. All proceeds from the event will benefit the programs of Easter Seals UCP North Carolina & Virginia.
