Kerr Health is partnering with the Arthritis Foundation in the fight against arthritis through sponsorship and participation in the 2011 Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis. The event is hosted each December by the Arthritis Foundation to raise awareness and funds for further advancements in arthritis research and development. In 2010, its first year as an event participant, Kerr Health fielded an enthusiastic and festively adorned team. President Mike Brown has been named the Corporate Chair for the 2011 Jingle Bell Run/Walk.

The 2011 Jingle Bell Run/Walk will take place on Saturday, December 3rd at Saint Mary’s School in Raleigh. The event is a fun and festive way to kick off the holidays as well as help others. To get in the spirit of the season, the Arthritis Foundation encourages participants to express their enthusiasm and support by wearing a holiday themed costume and tying jingle bells to their shoelaces during the 5 kilometer route. Kerr Health team members will celebrate the season by giving back to the fight against the nation’s most common cause of disability.
