In her role, Krista will develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies; assist agents in creating and implementing target marketing plans for their businesses; and manage the productivity of multicultural marketing plans.

Prior to joining HF Financial, Heafner spent seven years in the financial services industry, most recently as director of marketing for MassMutual Greater Houston. Heafner graduated from UNC Charlotte where she studied risk management and insurance with a degree in finance.
