M/I Homes has opened its new community in the waterfront, master-planned community of McLean in Belmont.

“We’re celebrating with a live radio broadcast, games, food and tours of the model and available homes,” says Marketing Director Stacie Tinucci.

It's all on Saturday, June 17 from noon to 3 pm at McLean - The Conservancy, 508 Gardenbrook Trail in Belmont. See a live radio broadcast with Ramona Holloway from 107.9 The Link. Have fun with games from the 107.9 The Link crew. Enjoy hot dogs and hamburgers grilled on site, and register to win a $150 Visa gift card.

M/I's new Newport II Model will be open for tours. The 2,834-square-foot design features a Craftsman style exterior with brick and stone front facade. Highlights include a welcoming open foyer, living and dining room with tray ceiling, open kitchen/breakfast area, and generously sized family room with spacious modern sight lines. The master bedroom is also conveniently located on the first floor.

Along with the model tour, guests can tour available homes and home sites, and get the lowdown on M/I's new Carolina and Park II Collection Home Designs. M/I Homes will build just 50 cottage-style ranch homes in The Conservancy, a village within the 670-acre master-planned McLean community. McLean is set along five miles of pristine shoreline on Lake Wylie.

The event is free but reservations are requested. RSVP at http://www.mihomes.com/mclean, email salescharlotte@mihomes.com, or call 704/218-9969

McLean’s location is extraordinary, next to the Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden and the Carolina Thread Trail, and close to downtown Belmont’s shops and restaurants. Homeowners have easy access to Lake Wylie and its marina for boating, fishing, and strolling on the shore. Residents of The Conservancy will also enjoy their own pool, clubhouse and bocce ball court, scheduled to open later this year.
