Lupus Foundation of America, N.C. Chapter Appoints Herndon, Sanderson and Venson to Board of Directors

The Lupus Foundation of America, North Carolina Chapter (LFANC) has named Jason Herndon, Daniel Sanderson and Eunice Venson to its board of directors.

Based in Raleigh, Herndon is an attorney with Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein, where he concentrates primarily in construction litigation, and is active in the Raleigh-area Walk to End Lupus Now event because of his twin sister’s diagnosis. He graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and from the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law.

Sanderson is a vice president at Colville Capital, a lower-middle market private investment partnership based in Charlotte. At Colville, Daniel partners with, and assists in the development of growth strategies for, privately held businesses. Prior to Colville, he was a member of Wachovia Securities’ Investment Banking team. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.

Venson, of Matthews, N.C., is a licensed CPA and the Finance Manager, Consumer Marketing Assets at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated. A lupus thriver since 1987, Venson has been active in the LFANC’s annual Walk to End Lupus Now event and served on the event’s steering committee. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from York College and a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
