The Raleigh-based Luxury Home Marketing Group announces its Executive Board structure for 2015-16. Former Vice-President Jill Rekuc of Olde Raleigh Real Estate takes over as President. Linda Bird Kolarov of Coldwell Banker Advantage assumes the role of Vice-President. Lindsay Taylor of Coldwell Banker HPW is Treasurer, and Deborah Nance of Real Living Pittman Properties becomes Secretary. Linda Craft of Linda Craft & Team, REALTORS® is immediate past president.

The Luxury Home Marketing Group was formed in 2004 as a coalition of real estate sharing knowledge and marketing expertise with each other to benefit clients with homes beginning at $750,000 and into the Million Dollar marketplace. The team conducts monthly tours of homes and meets regularly with guest experts for continuing education, like the team’s mortgage partner, Towne Mortgage of the Carolinas (NMLS#214800).
