Luxury Home Marketing November Meeting: Value-Added Amenities in the REALTORĀ®-Client Relationship

The Raleigh-based Luxury Home Marketing Group discussed adding value in the REALTOR®-client relationship during their November meeting. Guest speaker Joe O’Keefe of Wine 101 of Raleigh and Wake Forest, outlined various kinds of gifts which can be delivered to commemorate the beginning of representation or a successful home sale or closing.

“The REALTOR®-client relationship is obviously the key to a successful home transaction,” said LHMG President Linda Craft. “As members of the Luxury Home Marketing Group represent properties in the $750,000 home and up range, we look for many opportunities to deliver additional value to our relationships. Joe’s presentation touched on a number of nice, surprising ways to enhance our relationship with our clients.”
