What:

JPM South Development will host a Home & Garden event with eight decorated model homes on tour. In each model, live demonstrations on home decor, gardening and landscaping will take place. Raleigh Rickshaw will provide transportation to the models on tour as well as sales staffed trams. You will not want to miss the Food Trucks, entertainment from Liquid Pleasure at The Club’s amphitheater, WRAL101.5FM radio remote, and tons of kids activities including face painting, water slide bounce house, and more! Giveaways for touring the homes to include: bicycles, outdoor grill, garden getaway (sponsored by The Umstead Hotel & Spa and 101.5FM).

Come join us and learn more about Traditions at Wake Forest, and all the community has to offer. The Information Center and inventory homes will be open to tour.
