North Carolina Executive Roundtable Hosts Author Stan Phelps at October 17, 2014 Meeting

Stan Phelps, founder of 9-Inch Marketing and best-selling author, to speak on “Retention vs. Acquisition: Little Things Make the Biggest Difference”

Cary, NC— James Chambers, President of the North Carolina Executive Roundtable (NCER), announced that Stan Phelps Founder of 9-Inch Marketing and author of What’s Your Purple Goldfish: How to Win Customers and Influence Word of Mouth, will discuss the key ingredients to creating signature added value in his talk “Retention vs. Acquisition: Little Things Make the Biggest Difference”. The lecture will take place Friday, October 17th, at Prestonwood Country Club in Cary at 11:45am. The meeting is open to members and invited guests, and the cost is $30.00.

Phelps’ presentation will feature lessons from the Amazon Best Seller, “What’s Your Purple Goldfish: How to Win Customers and Influence Word of Mouth.” It will cover the ingredients of creating signature added value and the 12 different types of little extras such as the importance of follow up and how to handle mistakes. Attendees will learn about the importance of customer experience and its impact on satisfaction, retention, word of mouth and the bottom-line.
