GREENSBORO, N.C. – Carruthers & Roth, P.A. announced today that special counsel Craig A. Taylor has been inducted as president of Preservation Greensboro and commercial real estate attorney Elizabeth J. Zook has been elected a member of the organization’s board of directors.

Craig, Elizabeth and a new slate of directors and board members were installed for the upcoming year at Preservation Greensboro’s 50th Annual Meeting held on Feb. 10th at the O’Henry Hotel. At the Annual Meeting, Preservation Greensboro also celebrated its Golden Jubilee anniversary by highlighting notable community restoration projects, as well as a reviewing past successes and previewing upcoming projects in 2016.

Craig is a former director and shareholder with Carruthers & Roth and he currently serves as in-house General Counsel for one of the firm’s long-term clients, Kisco Senior Living. Kisco is a nationally recognized senior living company headquartered in Carlsbad, Calif.

Elizabeth serves as commercial real estate and business counsel to developers, financial institutions, landlords and individual land owners. She is a board certified specialist in Commercial Real Property Law.
