Total Nutrition Technology, a company specializing in helping people lose weight, manage their health, and enhance their sports performance, has added Shelly Bryant to their team of health educators. Bryant will work with clients in the University City and Concord area.

In addition to her role as a health educator working with individuals and employers to improve health and reach weight goals, Bryant is also a certified personal trainer. She currently works out of the University City office located at 10130 Mallard Creek Rd, Suite #300 in Charlotte. In December 2011, she will also have an office at Snap Fitness in Concord, NC.
