Association Management Solutions (AMS), an HOA, POA and COA management company serving the Greater Charlotte area, announced today that they have been contracted to manage the Home Owners Associations of two more residential communities; Springview Meadows in Fort Mill, S.C. and Arbor Croft in Huntersville, N.C.

Springview Meadows is a new residential development of 87 homes, off Crescent Moon Drive in Fort Mill, and is currently under construction by Pulte Homes. The Arbor Croft community in Huntersville features 48 homes built in 2007. Both communities will now have their respective Home Owners Associations professionally managed by AMS.
