The 3rd quarter of 2014 showed steady performance in the greater-Triangle area Real Estate Market. Linda Craft & Team, REALTORS® recently honored team members for their individual performance in the 3rd quarter.

“As the 4th quarter is underway, we can look back at the goals our team accomplished in the 3rd quarter,” said CEO & President, Linda Craft. “Our team continues to help more buyers find their next home and we are proud that our listings have closed 2% higher than the average according to MLS and in half of the time”

The team honored Buyer and Relocation Specialist Kim Crump for having most homes under contract for the 2nd quarter. Her colleague, Broker Chris Gorman had the most volume closed during the quarter with 10, and a sales volume of $5.7 Million dollars.

Also honored was Alex Moore for the Attaboy Award for serving his team in extraordinary ways and Andrew Truesdale was honored with the Leadership Award for 3rd quarter.
