TCAR, the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS®, announces today its 2014 board of directors. The organization serves real estate practitioners, appraisers, property managers and other professionals within a 14-county area. TCAR is the second largest commercial overlay board in North Carolina with 600 members.

New to the executive committee are Beth Harrelson, CCIM, Q-10 professional mortgage of NC, president elect; and Jeff Brovet, Thomas Judy & Tucker, treasurer. Additionally, David Batten, North Wake Commercial Realty; Rick Emerick, Income Properties of Raleigh; John Hibbits, NAI Carolantic Realty, Inc.; and Sledd Thomas, CCIM, Commercial Carolina will join as 2014 board members.
