TCAR, the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS®, announces today the Ninth Annual Joint Commercial Real Estate Networking Event to be held on Thursday, Sept. 11 at Northchase II on Six Forks Rd. in Raleigh. The proceeds from the event will benefit SAFEchild.

“This annual event is not only a great opportunity to network with area commercial real estate professionals, but also a chance to support a wonderful organization,” says Justin Good, TCAR board president and a senior vice president at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. “Last year we were able to raise more than $15,000 for designated charities in the region.”

Held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., the event will feature hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine, music, sponsor booths, tours of Northchase II and raffles. The theme this year is the Kentucky Derby. Everyone is encouraged to participate by wearing derby hats and attire in honor of the theme.
