• National Association of Industrial and Office Properties/Research Triangle (NAIOP)

• Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR)

“This annual event is not only a great opportunity to network with area commercial real estate professionals, but also a chance to support a wonderful organization,” says Kim Brennan, TCAR executive director. “For the past several years, we have been able to donate at least $10,000 to a designated charity in the region. With a 70s disco theme this year, it’s sure to be a blast for everyone attending.”

Held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the event will feature light hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine, entertainment and prizes. Members of each organization, as well as other commercial real estate-related practitioners who attend, are encouraged to dust off their wardrobes and wear their 70s attire. All those who do will receive one free raffle ticket with the purchase of their first one at $10.00.

Registration is available online only at www.tcar.com. TCAR members may register through the Member Account/Registration & Dues link. Non-members can click the guest link in blue below the login prompt. The fee to attend is $15.00 and includes food and two drink tickets. Deadline to register is Thursday, August 25.
