How about the outrageous Carolina “Sinn” Burger!!!

As the ultimate indulgence, it features a 10 ounce Kobe Beef Burger, Stuffed with Pan Seared Foie Gras, Topped with Sautéed Cippolini Onions and Morel Mushrooms in Veal Demi Glace, Shaved Oregon Black Truffles, Served with Hand Cut Fries, House-Made Ketchup and Truffle Aioli. Flagship IPA is the suggested beer.

As for the more traditional, the Tar Heel Burger is the Famous Crossroads Hamburger topped with Fried Pickles, Cole Slaw and Sweet Potato Fries. Guinness is the suggested beer.

The Crossroads Classic is a Grilled Hamburger served on a Kaiser Roll with French Fries. Torch Pilsner is the suggested beer.

The Carolina Inn Burger is served with Fried Egg, Pimento Cheese and Fried Green Tomatoes. Buck Shot Amber Ale is the suggested beer.

The BBQ Burger is a Grilled Burger served with Smoked Gouda, House Made BBQ Sauce and Smoked Bacon. Budweiser is the suggested beer.

The Breakfast Burger is served with Fried Egg, Smoked Bacon and American Cheese. Red Oak is the suggested beer.

The “Buffalo” Burger is served with Spicy Buffalo Wing Sauce, Blue Cheese Buttermilk Dressing, Grilled Red Onions and Lettuce. Flagship IPA is the suggested beer.
