(Wake Forest, NC – August 18, 2014) –JPM South Development recently opened their newest phase in Traditions at Wake Forest’s master planned community with homes sold within the first week. The Groves at Traditions features single family homes priced from the mid $250s to over $500,000 and offers a wide range of home plans to choose from.

Lennar brings unique home designs to The Groves. Lennar’s home designs will showcase architecture reminiscent of the early 20th century, with a detached garage on the back of the homes accessed by a private alley. The homes will feature steeper roof pitches and other historic characteristics, while providing homeowners with all the modern day conveniences. Open floorplans, some with optional third floor bonus or media rooms and some master suites available downstairs, front porches, and quaint backyard spaces are found in these charming homeplans.

Surrounded by a natural landscape, The Groves offers a retreat complete with a family park and an abundance of open space. You can easily access all the community amenities by the miles of paved trails. The local, regional and national builders in The Groves were hand-picked for their unique and diverse floorplans, high level of construction and craftsmanship, and architectural styles. The award winning builders selected for The Groves are: Chesapeake Homes, John Wieland Homes, Jordan Built Homes, Lennar, and M/I Homes.

"The historical design Lennar brings to The Groves continues to provide Traditions with the diversity in homes built here.” shares John Myers, President, JPM South Development. “The attention to detail and special touches found in The Groves home designs by all the builders continue to bring something different and new to Traditions.”
