Traditions at Heritage Wake Forest Breaks Ground on “The Club”

(Wake Forest, NC – March 17, 2014) –JPM South Development is excited to announce that construction is underway on the highly anticipated community clubhouse, resort style pool and accompanying amenities. Opening in the summer of 2014, “The Club” groundbreaking is the start to an extraordinary space in this community to gather with friends and family.

The Club at Traditions will provide homeowners a special place to gather and make memories. Relax by the cozy indoor/outdoor stone fireplace during the cooler months, grab a rocker on the porch to unwind, or take a swim in the resort-style salt water pool. The pool will have a zero entry side for the kids complete with a splash zone, a tanning deck with misters, wet deck, cabanas, and a spot to grill and picnic with family or friends. Adjoining amenities to “The Club” include a sand volleyball court, a pavilion amphitheater with fire pit, open space and a great playground to entertain the little ones. There is something for everyone at The Club at Traditions.

The community is just north of Raleigh, close to US 1, US 401, I-540, and is surrounded by a plethora of shops, dining, grocery stores, and so much more.

Directions: From I-540 take US Rt 1 (Capital Blvd) North for 6 miles. Take NC 98 bypass (exit 124) east for 2.7 miles. Just past the Gateway Commons/Lowes Foods Shopping center, turn left at the light onto Traditions Grande Blvd/Jones Dairy Road. Turn left on Lemongrass. 233 Springtime Fields Lane.
