Traditions at Heritage Wake Forest Hosts a Realtor Beach Blast

(Wake Forest, NC – June 24, 2014) –JPM South Development hosted a Realtor Beach Blast event in Traditions at Heritage Wake Forest on Wednesday, June 18th. The event held after hours was a fun way to celebrate summer at Traditions and provide Realtors with current information of the growing community.

The gorgeous day provided a nice atmosphere for a beach themed Realtor event. With more than 75 Triangle area Realtors attending, guests enjoyed great food and drinks catered by Irregardless Café and entertainment from Liquid Pleasure. An air conditioned mini-bus provided transportation where inventory and model homes were visited, and guests toured the community to see The Gardens, The Groves, and Bridgewater neighborhoods within Traditions. In addition, Realtors registered for beach themed prizes.

We enjoy hosting this type of event to keep our area Realtors informed with new things happening in Traditions,” shares John Myers, President, JPM South Development. “We enjoyed valuable time spent with them and got the chance to update them on what this beautiful community has to offer their buyers.”

Located near the historic downtown district of Wake Forest, Traditions at Heritage offers a getaway in your own backyard. Directions: From I-540 take US Rt 1 (Capital Blvd) North for 6 miles. Take NC 98 bypass (exit 124) east for 2.7 miles. Just past the Gateway Commons/Lowes Foods Shopping center, turn left at the light onto Traditions Grande Blvd/Jones Dairy Road. Turn left on Lemongrass. 233 Springtime Fields Lane.
