Traditions at Heritage Wake Forest Hosts Realtor Event

(Wake Forest, NC – March 10, 2014) –JPM South Development hosted a Realtor event at Traditions at Heritage Wake Forest on February 18th. The event was held in the newly opened Information Center with approximately 100 Realtors in attendance. Nestled in a prime location located near the historic downtown district of Wake Forest, Traditions at Heritage is a master planned new home community with homes priced from the low $200s.

Guests enjoyed a progressive lunch from The Twisted Fork and had the opportunity to tour the Information Center where Realtors received specific details about the community and what it has to offer prospective homebuyers. In addition, they previewed the new spring inventory and toured a variety of model homes.

Located near the historic downtown district of Wake Forest, Traditions at Heritage offers a getaway in your own backyard. Directions: From I-540 take US Rt 1 (Capital Blvd) North for 6 miles. Take NC 98 bypass (exit 124) east for 2.7 miles. Just past the Gateway Commons/Lowes Foods Shopping center, turn left at the light onto Traditions Grande Blvd/Jones Dairy Road. Turn left on Lemongrass. 233 Springtime Fields Lane.
