(Wake Forest, NC – November 14, 2014)—JPM South Development reports that Traditions at Wake Forest has sold 13 homes in October, for a monthly sales volume of over $6 million. These numbers bring Traditions’ year-to-date homes sold to 65 with a sales volume of over $23 million.

Traditions credits its success to the experienced sales team and six local, regional and national builders in the neighborhood which provide a variety of home styles, features and price points all found in one location. In addition, all seven homes on parade in October brought out a great deal of buyers to Traditions, and the community as a whole showcased the new amenities and what each builder on the team had to offer today’s homebuyer.

“The momentum in Traditions remains strong,” shares John Myers, President, JPM South Development. “The quality of homes our builders deliver along with the community amenities and our dedicated sales team continues to be a great combination.”
