Traditions Partners with CB/HPW Builder Services - Information Center Now Open

(Wake Forest, NC – February 27, 2014) –JPM South Development is pleased to announce a partnership with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services in Wake Forest’s newest master-planned community, Traditions at Heritage Wake Forest. In conjunction with this partnership the Information Center is now open and serves as a central location for prospective buyers to learn more about the community and all that it has to offer.

Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services is a full service sales and marketing division specializing in selling and marketing new homes. This partnership provides an on-site sales team, located at the newly opened Information Center, to guide homebuyers through the process of buying a home. Within the Information Center guests will receive specific details about the community, the different neighborhoods in Traditions at Heritage, homes designed by some of the region’s most respected builders, and the resort-style clubhouse and amenities.

Just past the Gateway Commons/Lowes Foods Shopping center, turn left at the light onto Traditions Grande Blvd/Jones Dairy Road. Turn left on Lemongrass. 233 Springtime Fields Lane.
