Commercial real estate investment company, The Dilweg Companies, announced today that Neal White has joined the company as chief financial officer.

In this newly created position, White will oversee the operations of Dilweg’s finance and accounting team. He brings 13 years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate finance to the position.

“Neal’s experience and expertise will help strengthen our management team and support our growing commercial real estate presence in the Southeast,” said Anthony Dilweg, CEO of the Dilweg Companies.

Prior to joining The Dilweg Companies, White served as senior vice president at Eastdil Secured/Wells Fargo Securities in Washington D.C. While at Eastdil, White advised clients on capital raises, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures. He successfully completed transactions totaling in excess of $60 billion.

White received an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

In addition to hiring White, Dilweg recently hired John MacDonell as asset manager.
