Xcentri, a Charlotte-based staffing and office-support company, has hired Herbert Davis and Chris Monds as new staffing managers for the company. They will be responsible for recruiting candidates as well as the account management of clients to supplement their temporary staffing needs related to workforce shortages.

Davis will be working out of Xcentri’s Columbia, S.C. office and spent the prior eight years in medical sales field. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. Monds will work from Xcentri headquarters in Charlotte and was most recently a branch manager of the Hertz Corporation in Charlotte. He is a graduate of North Carolina A & T.
