Xcentri Says Local Hiring Trends Reflect Positive Jobs Report

Bookmark and Share Charlotte, NC - December 08, 2015 -

In response to Friday's U.S. Labor Department Jobs Report, Xcentri, a Charlotte-based staffing and office-support company, shares positive local trends in hiring and job creation. The Department said Friday 211,000 were created in November and the unemployment rate held at five percent.

"The latest national report is certainly indicative of what we're seeing in the Metro-Charlotte market," said Xcentri Chief Operating Officer Randy Holloran. "Both Xcentri and our sister company, CEO Inc., are experiencing a substantial increase in demand for permanent and temporary placement personnel especially in the accounting/finance, office support and senior management sectors."

"We expect this demand to continue well into the 2016-1017 timeframe and have expanded our business accordingly to meet the increased demand," added Holloran. "The tide has definitely shifted toward an employee's market and recruiting and hiring personnel will have to adjust their strategies and practices if they are to continue to successfully bring in top talent."
