BOONE, N.C. (May 21, 2018) – Wine To Water proudly partnered with national law firm Nossaman LLP during its annual business meeting held May 5 in Santa Monica, Calif. Nossaman hosted a filter build that sponsored 150 water filters.
“Corporate partners are vital to supporting our fight against the global water crisis and these hands-on team events make an enormous difference. Thanks to Nossaman, at least 750 more people will have access to clean water in countries that need it the most. We are so grateful for their commitment,” said Wine To Water Operations Director Eric Huxley, who gave a keynote presentation at the firm’s annual meeting and led the team-building event.
George Joseph, managing partner of Nossaman, said, "As part of our ‘Do Good Things’ community service program, we participated in a Wine To Water filter build. We were proud to partner with this great organization for this event, and thankful that the filters we assembled will provide clean water to hundreds of families that desperately need it."
Each filter removes 99.9999 percent of bacteria which cause waterborne diseases and provides an entire family with clean water for more than 10 years.
