Labor Day Weekend - Friday's event starts at 7:00 p.m. with 3 hours of old-time music, cake walks and dances ($5/person over age 15). Saturday starts at 10:30 a.m. with 12 hours of music competitions, a flatfoot dance workshop, instrument makers tent with demos, Junior Appalachian Musicians showcase stage, children's activities, storytelling, and historic information ($10/person over age 15). Sunday's concert begins at 10:30 a.m. with traditional gospel singing followed by seven hours of Americana music, including bluegrass, old-time, blues, Irish Celtic songs, folk songs, and country, Free fiddle, guitar, banjo and Cajun workshops ($15/person over age 15).
