5Star Awards’ Stephanie Brooks Promoted to Office Manager

Stephanie Brooks has been promoted to office manager of 5Star Awards, Inc., after exceeding expectations three months into her role as executive assistant. Brooks is often the first person customers interact with. She manages the efficiencies of systems and processes company-wide while touching marketing, sales, account management, vendor relationships, IT support, and more.

Prior to joining 5Star Awards, Brooks was the executive assistant to the president and executive team at Eschelon Experiences in Raleigh, North Carolina. She also served as project and processes coordinator at former Exceptional IT Services. She has been a core volunteer for the Hope for Haiti Foundation since 2001.

Brooks received her bachelor’s degree from Liberty University followed by her master’s degree from North Carolina Central University.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading various types of books, spending time outside, and learning something new every day.
