Raleigh-based brand communication firm Articulon (www.articulon.com) today announces Brian Van Norman, account manager, is serving a second year as publicity chair of A Toast to the Triangle™ (www.toast2012.org), the signature fundraising event for The Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities. The agency, Articulon, is also sponsoring the event for the eighth consecutive year. Van Norman leads a team of five area volunteers in raising awareness and visibility for the event. He has served on the committee for five years.

“I believe strongly in the commitment to giving as much of my time as I can to community organizations,” says Van Norman. “Having a nephew dealing with several developmental disabilities makes the time I’ve dedicated to Tammy Lynn Center during the past five years especially gratifying.”

Van Norman also dedicates his leadership to a number of nonprofit organizations. He serves on the board of directors for The Chamber Orchestra of the Triangle and for Arts Access.

A Toast to the Triangle™ takes place on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 6 p.m. at North Carolina State University's McKimmon Center.
