RALEIGH, N.C. (December 8, 2011) ― Articulon (www.articulon.com), a Raleigh-based branding and public relations firm, has been named agency of record for the fourth annual Holiday Express (www.raleighholidayexpress.com). The firm is handling public relations efforts, including a kick-off media event to open the festivities at the newly renovated Pullen Park on Thursday, Dec. 8.

“With Holiday Express returning after a two-year break for upgrades at Pullen Park, we wanted this year’s event to be bigger and better than ever,” says David Forrest, Holiday Express committee chair. “The Articulon team has played a critical role in raising awareness of this holiday tradition, and we are grateful for their generosity and efforts.”

Presented by the Rotary Club of Crabtree and Raleigh Parks and Recreation Department, the Holiday Express will be held December 8-11, 2011 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Guests will experience the Santa Express Train, an adventure through acres of holiday magic filled with light displays and ending with a meeting with Santa himself. Nightly festivities also include carousel rides, arts and crafts, holiday music with dozens of local performers, a health expo with family friendly educational activities and local, seasonal food and concessions offered by Pullen Place Café.
