Rain is an 11 year veteran in the new home sales industry. She brings a wealth of information and experience to the M/I Homes team. Ashley will oversee daily sales operations, train and supervise sales agents, and be instrumental in reaching company goals. Rain was recently named Sales Manager of the Year at the MAME (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) awards presented by The Triangle Sales and Marketing Council of North Carolina, the HBA of Raleigh/Wake County, and the HBA of Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties. She is currently a member of the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council, the Home Builders Association of Raleigh/Wake, and the NC Home Builders Association and National Association of Home Builders. In addition, Ashley is a past MAME chair.
