Bailey’s Fine Jewelry is pleased to announce the 2011 Employee Award recipients for its Cross Creek Mall location in Fayetteville. Three employees were recognized from the Fayetteville store at the company’s annual awards banquet, which was held last Sunday at the Cardinal Club in Raleigh.

Rhonda Bright received the Core Values award for the Cross Creek Mall store. The Core Values award winner is voted on by fellow associates and is given to an individual who exemplifies the core values of Bailey’s Fine Jewelry, which include honesty, integrity, professionalism, sincerity and graciousness.

Kathy Klaus received the Salesperson of the Year award for Fayetteville, which is given to an individual who not only had top sales performance in 2011, but also went above and beyond for patrons and fellow associates in addition to always being a team player.

Jennifer Hall was recognized as the Hugger of the Year for the Cross Creek Mall store. The Hugger of the Year is awarded to the person who is a team player and goes above and beyond to give the Bailey’s Extraordinary Experience.
