Bailey’s Fine Jewelry is pleased to announce the 2011 Employee Award recipients for its West End location in Rocky Mount. Two employees were recognized from the Rocky Mount store at the company’s annual awards banquet, which was held last Sunday at the Cardinal Club in Raleigh.

Audrey Humphreys received the Core Values award for the Rocky Mount location. The Core Values award winner is voted on by fellow associates and is given to an individual who exemplifies the core values of Bailey’s Fine Jewelry, which include honesty, integrity, professionalism, sincerity and graciousness.

Humphreys was also named Manager of the Year, which is given to the manager who exemplifies the core values of Bailey’s Fine Jewelry, leads his or her staff and consistently exceeds the expectations of patrons. There is only one Manager of the Year award given company-wide.

Donnell Battle received the Salesperson of the Year award for the Rocky Mount location, which is given to an individual who not only had top sales performance in 2011, but also went above and beyond for patrons and fellow associates in addition to always being a team player.

Battle was also recognized as the Hugger of the Year in Rocky Mount. The Hugger of the Year is awarded to the person who is a team player and goes above and beyond to give the Bailey’s Extraordinary Experience.
