Bailey’s Fine Jewelry Announces Employee Awards Winners for Raleigh Stores and Corporate Office

Bailey’s Fine Jewelry is pleased to announce the 2018 Employee Award recipients for its Cameron Village, Crabtree Valley Mall and corporate office locations in Raleigh. Employees were recognized at the company’s annual awards banquet, which was held at North Hills Club.

The Core Values award was given to Eric Clemente from the Cameron Village location and Jim Anderson from the Crabtree location. Lauren Troxler and Crystal Neathery received the award for the corporate office. The Core Values award winner is voted on by fellow associates in each store and is given to an individual who best exemplifies the core values of Bailey’s Fine Jewelry, which include honesty, integrity, professionalism, sincerity and graciousness.

Kitty Havrish received the Salesperson of the Year award for the Cameron Village store and Maxine DeLeon received the award for the Crabtree store. The Salesperson of the Year award is given to an individual who not only was among the top sales performers in 2018, but also went above and beyond for patrons and fellow associates in addition to always being a team player.

Nancy Holt and Susan House were recognized as the Hugger of the Year for the Cameron Village and Crabtree stores, respectively. Brittany Lambert received the award for the corporate office. The Hugger of the Year is awarded to the person who is a team player and goes above and beyond to give the Bailey’s Extraordinary Experience.

Kelsey McGraw from the Crabtree store was recognized as one of two Rookie of the Years company-wide. A “Rookie” has to have been with the company for a minimum of six months.

Josh Bernstein from the Cameron Village store was named Manager of the Year, which is given to the manager who exemplifies the core values of Bailey’s Fine Jewelry, leads his or her staff and consistently exceeds the expectations of patrons. There is only one Manager of the Year award given company-wide.

Karina Robarge from the Cameron Village store received the Outstanding Service award. This award is based on behind-the-scenes work and is given to an individual who consistently exceeds the expectations of the everyday job, and puts the interests of patrons, co-workers and the overall company above his own. This award is given only to one employee company-wide.

In addition, Katherine Burns (corporate office) and Jamey Drennen (Cameron Village) were recognized for five years of service with the company. Melissa Smyth (Cameron Village) and Lisa Ellis (Crabtree) were recognized for 10 years of service with the company.

Bailey’s Cameron Village store is located at 415 Daniels St. and the Crabtree Valley Mall store is located at 4325 Glenwood Ave.
