Bailey’s Fine Jewelry recently named Blair Dickens as the company’s director of operations. In her new role, Dickens will be responsible for the daily operations of the entire company.

Dickens started working in the Greenville location of Bailey’s Fine Jewelry eight years ago in college as a part-time gift wrapper. She impressed the Bailey’s team with her dedication and soon joined full-time as a sales support manager. Over the years, Dickens’ role continued to grow and she became involved in many facets of the business.

As director of operations, Dickens is responsible for both the Bailey’s Fine Jewelry and PANDORA™ divisions of the company which include 304 employees and 13 different store locations. She is headquartered in the Bailey’s Fine Jewelry corporate offices in Raleigh.
