Nelson joins M/I Homes with 15 years of experience. He thoroughly understands the home building industry and brings his expertise to the Raleigh Division operations, leading M/I in its continued success. He will oversee the operation of the entire division including; division construction, permitting, architectural design, sales, customer care, design center, purchasing, and administration. He is currently a member of the Home Builders Association of Raleigh/Wake, NC Home Builders Association and National Association of Home Builders.
