Capital Sign Solutions Announces Appointment of James Singleton as Director of Sales
RALEIGH, NC – December 9, 2011 – Capital Sign Solutions has announced the hiring of James Singleton as Director of Sales. In his position, James will be focusing his efforts on expanding the company’s customer retail and commercial tenant base throughout the Southeast. He will also provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, analyze the company’s current sales statistics to determine potential business growth, and coordinate sales operations with other corporate divisions.
Singleton graduated from North Carolina State University and brings over five years’ experience in sales and real estate to Capital Sign Solutions. He’s worked with Coldwell Banker Commercial Banker Trademark Properties, Commercial Properties, Inc., and Hidden Bay Realty and is a licensed North Carolina Broker in Charge. Singleton is also a mentor for the YMCA, Chairman of the Hubie Poteat Memorial Foundation—an organization that raises funds through private donations to send underprivileged children to camps—and volunteers with Planet Aid of North Carolina. Singleton says that he is looking forward to leveraging his experience and ties within the real estate community to help grow the Capital Sign Solutions.

Company owner, Patrick Mills, says that he was impressed with Singleton’s personality and professional drive. He says that Singleton’s knowledge of the real estate industry, combined with his proven sales experience, made him the ideal candidate for the position.
