Capital Sign Solutions is proud to announce the recent appointment of Holt Hobgood as Director of Design. In his role, Hobgood will be responsible for the management, delegation, creation, and production all sales drawings. He will also work closely with corporate vendors to ensure overall product quality assurance.

Prior to joining Capital Sign Solutions, Hobgood was a Design Specialist with Atlas Sign Industries, where he handled the corporate accounts of such clients as Bojangles, Home Depot, and Lowes. He also had the distinction of being one of the company’s few designers in charge of handling custom signage projects. Hobgood was also a designer at Durham-based Harlan Laws Corporation.

Hobgood says that although he has enjoyed working with larger signage companies, Capital Sign Solutions was able to offer him the creative responsibilities and professional career track that he desired.

“I wanted to get back to a smaller company atmosphere and was delighted when the opportunity to join Capital Sign Solutions presented itself,” said Hobgood. “I’ve known Patrick [Mills, CSS CEO] my whole life and loved the idea of working with him again, but on a new and different level.”

Capital Sign Solutions’ CEO, Patrick Mills, previously worked with Hobgood at Harlan Laws Corporation. He said that Hobgood’s creative aptitude and strong commitment to customer service make him a valuable addition to his executive team.
