Dr. Amanda Keates Opens Clayton Office for Whole-Body Nutrition, Functional Medicine

(Clayton, NC, Oct. 30, 2013) – Dr. Amanda Keates, DC, has opened a Clayton office and is now providing whole-body nutrition and functional medicine to patients in the Clayton area.

Dr. Keates’ alternative medicine practice is located within Clayton Chiropractic, 201 E. Main Street, in downtown Clayton. It is her second office, with her primary practice located in North Raleigh.

“Clayton is my home and I’m honored to provide these much-needed services to residents who no longer must travel into Raleigh to optimize their health and wellness,” says Dr. Keates

Dr. Keates meets with patients one-on-one, allowing for adequate time to review medical history, challenges and concerns and answer patient’s questions. She examines the whole body, its organ system and factors that influence functionality such as metabolism, hormones, infections, viruses, bacteria and parasites.

Using muscle feedback, Dr. Keates helps patients determine what foods, supplements and treatments are best for them. She is also trained to recognize and treat emotional trauma that could interfere with a patient’s healing process.

During each visit, Dr. Keates looks at the muscles and corrects them through chiropractic adjustments.
