Linda Craft & Team Realtors® are happy to announce the addition of a rental specialist to the team. Raleigh native Nicole Bridgewater has joined the organization with a dedicated focus on people looking to rent.

“The rental marketplace is very strong in our area,” said Broker in Charge Katherin Burnette. “We have offered a service to potential home sellers, to manage their homes as rentals, for more than a year. Nicole brings us an additional specialist to help potential renters to find the very best opportunities in the community.”

Bridgewater earned her Realtors® license in 2002, and has been active in the industry since 2005. “I really enjoy the customer-service aspects of the real estate industry,” Bridgewater said. “I think there’s nothing better than helping someone find their dream home.”

Bridgewater earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Bermuda College, where and has served in the US Army Reserve. Nicole enjoys volunteering with her husband on their community HOA board, the Salvation Army, Big Brothers and Big Sisters and the Helping Hands Mission.
